Those of you who had a flyer in your May magazine will know that Gaynor Huntbach and Samantha Clark were attempting a North to South coast of Wales cycle ride from May 10th, in aid of Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital, London. I was pleased to hear that despite heavy rain on the first day which tested their resolve, they carried on for the worthwhile cause, hoping to raise £700 for a special wheelchair. Luckily the following days were much better and they completed the 250 mile run, in the process raising about £1500. Both would like to thank all those, especially from Greete and via the magazine, who generously supported their very worthwhile cause. They even made the front page of the Ludlow Advertiser!
