Linda Perks and myself did a Charity Tombola on Bank Holiday Monday at the Burgage. Although there were not many car boots we managed to raise £200.00. This is being split between Sunday School to provide Bibles and the War Memorial Fund.
A huge thank you to Linda for all her hard work and effort in making these tombolas so successful. She has been running these now for years and has raised around £10,000 for different charities.

I’d like to offer my congratulations to College House, Berrington Road, which has just been granted a 2 star rating. In recognition of this they held a Garden Party on 5th June. It was very successful and the residents thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
