Despite the snow and ice over 60 of us gathered at St. Mary’s for our annual joint Carol Service of nine lessons and carols with St James Church, Greete. The service led by Rev. Chris Moore, was, once again, a wonderful celebration of the anticipation of the coming of the Christ Child.
The highlight of this year’s service was the children ‘signing’ to the carol Silent Night under the direction of Julie Wall. A wonderful and moving performance by Sophie Cavenagh, Aless Boland and Joseph Wall.
