Our newly refurbished and lovely village hall was officially opened on November 27th by my fellow churchwarden, Lady Jennifer Lloyd, who unveiled a plaque to that effect. Most of the village seemed to turn up and enjoyed the food and wine. Already there are lots of bookings being made, and it is good to see one of the village’s key assets back in use. Lots of people contributed in many ways, but special thanks to Eva Thomas, Alan Alsford and Brian Pamment for an incredible effort.
